a poem for the future baby

will it be a girl or a boy?
since it is a difficult question
for a balinese like me

i need a boy, oh my lord
but a girl will be okay too
as she is as sweet as her sister

do i need to bother to ask or beg?
since i'm already pregnant
something that many women can not do.

i do feel grateful
for all gifted to me
husband, my little prabha and this will be born baby.
